Arkansas Public Voting Records
The Elections Division for Arkansas is handled by the Secretary of State which establishes and maintains uniform and fair statewide registration and election systems. The Elections Division also servers as a clearinghouse for campaign finance reports that are filed with the Arkansas Ethics Commission.

Register to vote
Applications are available in English and Spanish and can be mailed in. Addiitonal copies are also available from the local County Clerk, Secretary of State or the Secretary of State Elections Division offices.

In order to register all applicants must be
• U.S. Citizen
• Arkansas Resident for at least 30 days before the election
• Be of legal voting age (18) prior to the election
• Not be presently adjudged as mentally incompetent
• Not be a convicted felon
Absentee Voting
Absentee Voting is available by contacting the county clerk in the area you're registered to vote. You must apply for absentee voting in person the day before the election, by mail or electronic notification 7 days before the election or by 1:30pm on the day of the election if by Authorized Agent.
