Early and absentee voting is available for voters who will be absent for the official voting date. All registered voters are able to take advantage of the early voting option. Absentee ballows are available apon request for the following voters.
	 Canvassing board
	 An election official
	 A political party or official thereof
	 A candidate who has filed qualification papers and is opposed in an upcoming election
	 Political committee
	 Committee of continuous existence
