A person can register to vote in New Mexico if (1) they are a resident of New Mexico (2) a citizen of United States (3) Not declared mentally incapacitated (4) Not a convicted felon with voting rights withheld (5) 18 years old by the date of the election.
Fill out and return the national voter card to your local county clerk's office or the New Mexico Secretary of State's Office.
