West Virginia state voters can register to vote using the voter registration form below. Included with the form one of the following must be included.

	Current and valid photo ID
	A current utility bill
	Bank statement
	Government check
	Any other official government document

Registered voters can opt to use absentee voting. Currently, unless you are living overseas or are of military personnel, only mail in absentee ballots are available. Absentee ballots are also available at all hospitals if admitted within the last week before the election.
